Hello, hello, hello,

Joanna here from Kings Road, welcoming you to another exciting episode of Style It Live - this post is a replay of our weekly Friday Style It Live Session on Facebook. Join us live every Friday at 5.30pm here

If you missed last week’s Style It Live, don’t worry—we’ve got you. Think of this as your stylish little catch-up (minus the giggles, which are impossible to recreate in writing, but we’ll do our best).

After a brief hiatus (entirely justified by Deb’s birthday, obviously), we were back LIVE with you—and straight into one of our favourite topics: capsule dressing that actually works in real life.

No rigid rules. No “throw everything out and start again.” Just three beautifully wearable capsules designed to fit seamlessly into your wardrobe—and your week.

We’ve focused on three wearable micro capsules, built around some of our most-loved brands: Red Button, NAYATinta & Bariloche, Fransa and Kozan.

The aim? Easy styling, real-life wearability, and outfits that don’t need overthinking.

But first...

Capsule One: Neutrals That Work Harder

Anchored by Red Button denim and tailoring, this capsule is all about effortless dressing.

Styling tip:
Start with a neutral base (cream, black, khaki), then layer in texture — linen blends, soft knits, or light jackets from Fransa. A simple blouse from Tinta & Bariloche instantly elevates the look without making it feel overdone.

Capsule Two: Soft Silvers & Modern Monochrome

This is where NAYA really comes into its own — relaxed silhouettes, fluid fabrics, and tonal dressing that feels fresh and modern.

Styling tip:
Mix soft shades like grey, pearl, and off-white rather than matching exactly. Layering is key here — longer vests, relaxed tops, and lightweight outer layers create shape without structure.

Capsule Three: Cobalt, Denim & White (The Instant Mood Lift)

And then… colour.

Cobalt blue stole the show—paired with crisp white or dark denim for a look that’s clean, modern, and surprisingly easy to wear. It’s one of those shades that just does something for your complexion (and your mood).

Styling tip:
New to colour? Start small. A cobalt knit with your favourite jeans is all you need to dip your toe in—no dramatic reinvention required.

What We Loved Most

Aside from the outfits? The interaction.

Style It Live is always better with you—your comments, your favourites, and your (excellent) guesses about Deb’s mystery celebrity card. Yes, it really was from a globally famous band. No, we’re not over it.

Final Boutique Wisdom

Great style doesn’t need to be complicated.

With the right mix of brands — whether it’s the fit of Red Button, the ease of NAYA, or the personality of Tinta — you can build outfits that feel effortless but still look considered.

And if nothing else, we’ve confirmed one thing this week:
A signed get-well card from Take That is the ultimate mood booster.

Love,
Kings Road Fashions
